(TSX Venture: RHA) ("Annidis" or the "Company")
announces that it has mutually agreed to terminate the employment
agreement with its President Mr. Nick
Ribaric effective January 1,
2016. Mr. Michael Crowley,
Chief Executive Officer of Annidis, assumes the role of President
of the Company effective January 1,
2016 on an interim basis.
Annidis wishes to extend its sincerest thanks Mr. Ribaric for
his commitment and his numerous contributions to the Company and
wishes him the very best in his future endeavours.
Mr. Ribaric remains a director of Annidis.
