Red Rock Capital Corp. Completes Initial Public Offering

Red Rock Capital Corp. (TSX VENTURE:RRD.P) ("Red Rock"), a capital pool company,
is pleased to announce that it has completed its initial public offering
("Offering") of 1,493,600 common shares at a price of $0.20 per share for gross
proceeds of $298,720.


The net proceeds of the Offering will be used to identify and evaluate assets or
businesses for acquisition with a view to completing a Qualifying Transaction
under the Capital Pool Company program of the TSX Venture Exchange as disclosed
in Red Rock's prospectus dated August 27, 2009. Red Rock's common shares have
been conditionally approved for listing on the TSX Venture Exchange. Red Rock
expects its common shares will commence trading shortly under the symbol RRD.P.
Red Rock granted stock options to its directors and officers to acquire an
aggregate of 274,360 common shares at a price of $0.20 per share exercisable
until November 23, 2014.


Integral Wealth Securities Limited acted as the lead agent for the Offering with
Canaccord Capital Corporation and Global Maxfin Capital Inc. acting as the
sub-agents (together, the "Agents"). In connection with the Offering, Red Rock
granted to the Agents a non-transferable option to purchase up to an aggregate
of 149,360 common shares at a price of $0.20 per share exercisable for a period
of 24 months from the date Red Rock's common shares are listed on the TSX
Venture Exchange.
