SportsClick Inc. Announces Acquisition of Aqua Caddy(TM)

SPORTSCLICK INC., (TSX VENTURE:SCV) ("SportsClick") listed on the TSX Venture
Exchange Inc. under the trading symbol "SCV" is pleased to announce that it has
acquired KelBel, Inc., owners of the patents and trademarks for Aqua Caddy(TM).
This acquisition adds a unique new golf product to SportsClick's comprehensive
line of branded sports and promotional merchandise.


Information about the Acquisition

Under the terms of the purchase agreement, SportClick will issue 1.1 million
common shares of the SportClick in exchange for all of the issued and
outstanding shares of KelBel, Inc., a Pennsylvania based company, for a total
purchase price of $165,000 CDN. Mr. John Yakopcic, the President of KelBel,
Inc., will also be joining SportsClick to head up the sales and marketing of
Aqua Caddy in North America.

retailers, online stores in Canada and through its recent acquisition of
Southprint Inc., which markets sports merchandise under the trade name of

on the course this year."
