Silvore Fox Minerals Corp. Announces Extension to Letter of Intent Regarding Chile Acquisition

Silvore Fox Minerals Corp. (the "Corporation" or "Silvore Fox" (TSX VENTURE:SFX)
announces further to its news release issued September 15, 2011 in relation to
the signed letter of intent with Sinotech Mineral Exploration Chile Limitada
("Sinotech") that the timing for the signing of the Formal Agreement to be
entered into between the Corporation and Sinotech has been extended to January
6, 2012.
