Sola Announces Annual General Meeting and Special Meeting of Shareholders

Sola Resource Corp. (TSX VENTURE:SL) (PINK SHEETS:SORSF) (the "Company") is
pleased to announce that it has set the date for the Annual General Meeting and
Special Meeting of the Shareholders for December 16, 2010 at 13:00 PST.


Information with respect to both the Annual General and Special Meeting will
