TerraBioGen Announces Private Placement

TerraBioGen Technologies Inc. (TSX VENTURE:TBG), a developer and marketer of
proprietary technologies for the production of organic-based, high-value
agricultural products from organic wastes, announces a non-brokered private
placement of 12,000,000 commons shares at $0.10 per share for total proceeds of
$1,200,000. The transaction is subject to the approval of the TSX Venture
Exchange. These funds will be used to enhance the Company's research and
development, securing its intellectual property, and for production
improvements.
