Trillium Gold Engages Swiss Resource Capital AG for Marketing and Consulting Services

Trillium Gold Mines Inc. (TSXV:TGM, OTCQX:TGLDF, FRA:0702)
(“Trillium Gold” or the “Company”) is pleased to announce that it
has engaged Swiss Resource Capital AG (“SRC”) to perform services
for the Company, including investor relations activities, as
defined in accordance with the policies of the TSX Venture Exchange
(“TSXV”) and applicable securities laws, with a focus on the
European investing public.
SRC based in Zurich, Switzerland, is a global
network of experts who work closely with investment funds and asset
managers to identify exceptional value investing opportunities in
the mining sector.
Pursuant to an agreement entered into with SRC,
the Company has agreed to pay SRC a monthly fee of €2,500 over an
initial six month period. Following this period, the agreement
shall be renewed subject to mutual agreement by SRC and the
Company. The Company has also granted SRC 50,000 stock options (the
“Option Grant”), with each option exercisable into one common share
in the capital of the Company (each, a “Common Share”) at an
exercise price of $0.20 per Common Share, for a period of five
years from the date of grant. The Option Grant is subject to the
approval of the TSXV.
