Human Bionics Inc. ("Victhom") (TSXV: VHB) announced that,
effective the close of trading today January
22, 2013, Victhom's Tier classification changed from Tier 1
to Tier 2. Victhom's Tier classification has changed from Tier 1 to
Tier 2 because it has not maintained the TSX Venture Exchange's
Tier 1 continued listing requirements.

field of orthotics and prosthetics ("O&P"), including
intellectual property used in the POWER KNEE, the world's first and
only motor-powered prosthesis for above-knee amputees, a product
