Explanation of Responses:
(1)	Paid 172,500 shares of ACCR at $.04995 average price.
(2)	These shares were reported in error in the Company name. They were purchased in the account of Patrick J Jensen, and immediately have become fully restricted shares. I believed in my Company, and this is why I purchased this lot.

Remarks: These shares represent a long term investment to my family - almost $10,000 as a belief in my SYMBOLIC SYMBOL ACCR. ACCR has gone through a name change to ACCESS POWER CORPORATION with the Florida SOS.
