Explanatory Note

 

This Amendment Number 1 to Form 8-K is for the purpose of correcting a Scrivener’s error in our original Form 8-K filing to reflect the following correction underlined below regarding the Exhibit 99.1 Press Release.

 

The CEO expects the combination of these changes and RAD’s strong sales funnel to result in monthly profitability within the next 9 to 15 months. While the Company has prepared forecasts aiming for positive cash flow by December 31, 2023, there are no guarantees that this target will be achieved.

 

When used in this Current Report on Form 8-K, unless otherwise indicated, the terms the “Company,” “our,” or “we” refer to Artificial Intelligence Technology Solutions Inc. and its subsidiaries.

On April 5, 2023, we will be issuing a press release titled “AITX Updates Path to Potential Profitability”, which press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
