UMKR) The company is pleased to announce its Working Interest
position in Danick Resources' current drilling project,
the "Freedom 1 & 2 Joint Venture". UMKR has secured
the exclusive option to increase its Working Interest position in
the Freedom 1 & 2 Joint Venture over the coming weeks ahead.
The Freedom 1 & 2 Joint Venture managed and operated
by Danick Resources, Inc. consists of one re-drill of
existing and current production and one new drill higher on
structure with a 40 foot net pay zone. Both wells will be drilled
to a total depth of 9550' located in the very prolific region of
the United States known as
the Anadarko Basin. Existing wells surrounding the
Freedom 1 & 2 that have been produced from the same zones have
I.P'd (Initial Production) from 120 to 809 barrels of oil a
day and between 2MM to 7MM cubic feet of gas a day.) Companies that
are producing from this region include Exxon, Chesapeake, Apache,
