2008 Sales Double Despite Economic Downturn

American Scientific Resources (PINKSHEETS: ASFX) today announced
that online sales have more than doubled in 2008 compared to 2007.
The health and safety products company reports that despite the
economic downturn, since implementing marketing communications and
PR strategies including social media marketing and search engine
marketing, the company's subsidiary, Kidz-Med, has seen a marked
increase in sales of the Thermofocus� 5-in-1 non-contact
thermometer and pacifier medicine dispenser.

communication strategies employed did not require spending capital.

Management remains optimistic of the trend in sales and

have more than doubled to over $100,000 compared to 2007 online
sales).
