ActionView International, Inc. (Pink Sheets:AVEW) today announced that the World Championship Full Contact (WCFC) partner, Buddahsport.com, will be filming a seminar on mixed martial arts and Renzo Gracie Brazilian jiu-jitsu conducted by Former UFC welterweight champion Matt "The Terror" Serra on February 19, 2011 from 12:00-3:00pm EST at Real World Martial Arts/Renzo Gracie Denville. This is the first announced broadcast under the WCFC's exclusive content agreement with Buddahsport and is expected to be the first of many such live broadcasts on the WCFC's FightTV.

Matt Serra was one of MMA and UFC pioneers with such legendary fights as Matt Serra vs. Matt Hughes, Matt Serra vs. BJ Penn and  Serra vs. Shonie Carter, among others. Matt was also a Brazilian jiu-jitsu Pan American and Mundial gold medal champion before setting his sights on MMA. Matt was a participant in "The Ultimate Fighter 4: The Comeback" on SpikeTV. On the show, Serra defeated Pete Spratt and Shonie Carter to reach the finals. His win against Carter avenged his infamous highlight-reel KO loss to Carter at UFC 31.  On November 11, 2006, Serra defeated Chris Lytle by split decision to become the Ultimate Fighter 4 Welterweight Tournament Champion.

The Real World Martial Arts/Renzo Gracie of Denville, New Jersey is an affiliate gym of Renzo Gracie, world-renowned practitioner of Brazilian jiu-jitsu and MMA.  He is a senior member of the famous Gracie family of jiu-jitsu teachers and MMA pioneers.

The next WCFC event is being held at the Knitting Factory in Boise, Idaho on January 29, 2011 and will feature an exciting 10-bout fight card. The event will be broadcast live on WCFC's FightTV and the sponsors will include Buffalo Wild Wings, a national chain with 728 locations across 44 states. Nick Mirabella, president of Buddahsport.com, which is partnering with the WCFC to deliver exciting mixed martial arts content through www.WCFC.com, will be in attendance at the event and will provide pre and post-fight commentary during the broadcast. Doors will open at 6:00pm local time and tickets are available at the Knitting Factory box office.
