Shenzhen JBT Electronics Technology Co, LTD, in Guangdong China is proud to announce that it has successfully completed initial testing of the Kryronized aluminum for the purpose of creating heat sinks for LED lights.  Kryron has proved itself to be the best heat sink material.   JBT LED is in negotiations with Bourque Industries to secure an exclusive license for the use of Kryronized metals to produce what it believes may be the next generation of heat sinks y using Kryronized alloys, and has this date signed a non-binding Letter of Intent providing for further extensive testing of this new material.




In our testing to date we have found that the Kryron metal provided to us for testing was able to provide sufficient heat dissipation within just 14 square centimeters for each watt of LED power (considering only LED lights of 10 watts or more).   This is more than a 60% reduction in the size requirement of heat sinks cooling LED lights currently.  (See attachment A)




Shenzhen JBT Electronics Technology Co, LTD is moving forward with more extensive testing, and then the fabrication of working models of LED lights incorporating  the Kryron metal as a heat sink in order to maximize the surface area available to dissipate heat.  The Company has agreed to purchase1000 lbs of Kryronized aluminum.  We will be using blocks of Kryronized aluminum, and computer numerical control cutting them to exact specifications.   These will then be used to produce LED light bulbs which if successful, will represent the highest wattage LED light bulbs in the market.  The LED market currently pays tens of millions of dollars to improve LED wattage by a single watt.  If the Kryron heat sinks can be developed and work as anticipated, management believes it may revolutionize the LED market, and could provide an increase in LED wattage by as much as 60%. 




We fully expect to begin selling heat sinks as well as JBT branded LED light bulbs to the market in the summer of 2013.   This technology is already fully developed by John M. Bourque of Bourque Industries and all we are doing is proving his technology within the current heat sink designs in our market.   Once we have completed the prototype production and testing, then it is only a matter of producing the Kryronized alloy heat sinks of choice in mass quantities to fill the market need.

The Kryronized aluminum is the brain child of one man, John M. Bourque.   JBT is in constant contact with Mr. Bourque during this stage of development and with his help, we will launch this product and in managements opinion, create untold numbers of jobs in both China and America for the production of the Kryron powders and the heat sinks for the LED industry.
