WARSAW--Poland's BRE Bank (BRE.WA), a unit of Germany's
Commerzbank AG (CBK.XE), plans to distribute about a third of last
year's earnings as dividends, the bank said Friday.
The exact value of the dividend and the proposed payout date
will be submitted to the bank's supervisory board after the release
of an audited annual report.
The bank's shareholders have a final say on the dividend
amount.
BRE Bank is scheduled to release fourth-quarter earnings later
Friday.
