Bayside Corp. Names New Executive Vice President of International Affairs

Dallas, TX-Bayside Corp. (BYSD.PK) today announced the appointment of Jiaxiu Ma as Executive Vice President (EVP) of International Affairs.

As the head of the International division, Mrs. Ma will be a key member of Bayside’s senior management team. She will be responsible for growing Bayside’s brand and business outside of the U.S. with the primary focus on expanding the company’s existing and future energy and commodities based contractual agreements.

Mrs. Ma brings nearly 20 years of experience helping aeronautical, energy and resources base companies grow on a global basis through the expansion and diversification of their business interest into internationally based emerging growth markets.

With an educational background in aeronautical engineering Mrs. Ma continued on to expand her education and experience into the energy and resource sector and has held senior leadership positions with companies in China while working in conjunction with internationally based companies such as Caterpillar to help expanded their global footprints.
