Navajo Wind Energy Corp. (the �Company� and formerly Caliber Energy Inc.) (PINK SHEETS: CLBN), announced today it has engaged Mr. Oliver Stiles as Senior Vice President, Finance.

Mr. Stiles has over 20 years of professional experience in finance, strategy, accounting, and administration, as well as internal and external compliance. He currently works as a business advisor and consultant leading the way in developing strategic plans for several startup companies involved in the biotech and renewable energy industries. Previously, Mr. Stiles served as executive vice president and chief financial officer at Nonthaburton Group, Inc., from 1995 to 2003, where he was responsible for overseeing the entire spectrum of the day-to-day financial activities of the company.

At Nonthaburton, Mr. Stiles was the driving force behind the evolution of the corporate finance and accounting departments. Prior to that position, Mr. Stiles worked as a senior business advisor at Sydney Business Development Center, from 1991 to 1994, where he provided services in business strategies, business planning and marketing implementation for over 500 companies in various industries. Mr. Stiles holds a postgraduate degree from the University of New South Wales.

In his new role, Mr. Stiles will report directly to Mr. Barry Doyle, the CEO of Navajo Wind Energy. Mr. Stile�s responsibilities will primarily involve directing and managing the corporate finance and investor relations departments of the Company.
