Cordia’s Brazil Subsidiary Opens New Marketing Center, Increasing Marketing Capacity by over 500%

Cordia Corporation (CORG.PK), a global communications service provider of traditional CLEC and Voice over Internet Protocol (“VOIP”) technologies announced today that its Brazilian subsidiary has opened a new marketing center that will provide the capacity to increase sales by 500%. The Company expects the center to be fully staffed by the end of the second quarter.

“Our Brazil subsidiary achieved positive EBITDA on a monthly basis late in 2009,” said Kevin Griffo, President of Cordia Corporation. “We believe that during the course of the next two years our IP communications business in Brazil has the potential to achieve a scale and profitability comparable to our US CLEC business. In furtherance of this goal, we have made a significant investment in marketing, customer service and network capacity to facilitate the rapid growth of our operations in Brazil.”
