Explanation of Responses:
( 1)  On September 16, 2015, the Board of Directors extended the expiration date of previously awarded options to purchase common stock from October 27, 2015 to March 13, 2018.
( 2)  The Company recently updated its Trust accounting for the Employee Stock Ownership Plan for the years 2010 through 2014.
( 3)  The Company made no contribution to the ESOP for the year ending December 31, 2015 and, therefore, 79,545 shares from the ESOP were returned to the treasury, thus resulting in a decrease in the number of ESOP shares beneficially owned.
