Urban Television Network Denounces Erroneous Posting of 8K Filing

denounces the erroneous positing on an 8K filing on the Securities
and Exchange EDGAR system. Randy Mosley, CFO of Urban Television
Network clarified today that the 8K filing related to the Diamant
Art Corporation (OTC:DIAAF) (BULLETIN BOARD: DIAAF) was erroneously
posted under the company's registration number with the Securities
and Exchange Commission and was subsequently picked up by
announcement reporting services. Urban Television Network
Corporation has submitted a letter to the SEC notifying the
