Kibush Capital Signs 2 Year Landowner Agreement

MELBOURNE, Australia -- June 11, 2018 -- InvestorsHub NewsWire -- Kibush Capital Corporation (OTC: DLCR) announced today that its subsidiary company Aqua Mining (PNG) Ltd has successfully signed 2 Year Land Access agreements with the Landowners of Uare Landowners Incorporated Group, the Landowners who owns the timber resource of the area known as the AREME TIMBER AREA and Ugima Landowners Incorporated Group, the Landowners who owns the land that the Access road to the Logging project at AREME TIMBER AREA and Vero Garo Landowners Incorporated Group, the Landowners who owns the land that the Access road to the Logging project at AREME TIMBER AREA. Mr Sheppard CEO stated that these agreements have been in negotiation for approximately 8 months and are strategic as it is essential to have confidence in the tenure of the areas the company wants to commercialise. It is important to understand the culture in PNG and work with all parties to the operations, the Workforce, the Landowners and the Department of Forestry and its representatives. With these long term agreements in place all parties then understand their role and commitment to the operations and success of the company. This also give us the ability to properly plan and establish camps, infrastructure, roads and bridges that will maximise the capacity of the operation. We have nearly completed 17km’s of access roads last week, without these agreements we would be unable to complete these as quickly.
