(Pink Sheets: DPBE)�today announced that company officials were in the process of preparing to file a form 10 and move Deep Blue Marine Inc. off the Pink Sheets to a more senior exchange. To date management has spoken to legal and accounting firms in the Salt Lake City area and will make a decision within the next two weeks as to which firms they will use to prepare audits and to file the form 10.
