Deutsche Post to Hire Over 10,000 Temporary Workers for Christmas Season

Deutsche Post AG said Wednesday that it will hire more than
10,000 temporary workers to manage the increase of parcels in the
run up to Christmas.
The German freight-and-logistics group said it expects the
volume of parcels to rise 70% in November and December compared
with September. It forecasts up to 11 million parcels on some peak
days.
