ACS Confirms It Has Received Non-Binding Offers for Renewables Subsidiary

Madrid-listed Actividades de Construccion y Servicios SA
(ACS.MC) on Friday confirmed that it has received non-binding
offers for a possible sale of a stake or the totality of its
renewable-energy subsidiary Zero-E.
The construction company confirmed it has received offers
following reports in the Spanish media. Business daily Cinco Dias
reported Friday morning that Lightsource--in which BP PLC (BP.LN)
holds a 43% stake--was interested in Zero-E, joining a list of
possible suitors including venture capital firms and Spanish
electric utility company Endesa SA (ELE.MC).
