following developed countries list, which is subject to change: Australia, Austria, Belgium,
Bermuda, Canada, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Hong Kong, Ireland, Israel, Italy,
Japan, The Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Portugal, Singapore, Spain, Sweden,
