Encore Brands, Inc. (OTCBB: ENCB) CEO Gareth West has brought in, as part of the Company's management team, Patrick Aroff and will keep Alex McKean on as its CFO.

Mr. Aroff will use his experience in brand building and industry relationships to bring products and partnerships immediately to the table.

Mr. McKean, who was appointed CFO on October 27, 2009, will continue as the company's CFO after helping the company go public, maintain fiscal responsibility and work with outside auditors to prepare the company's financials.

His business development and creative thinking will be a valuable asset to the company.
