('EIC'), we're very happy to report revenue growth of 94% for the 9 months ended July 31, 2008, when compared to the same 9-month period in 2007. As we look ahead to results for the remainder of Fiscal 2008 and with the year 2009 now fast approaching, we are highly confident that EIC will continue to post consistent revenue results for our Company. In regards to our manufacturing efforts, we wish to further report here that we are presently in the final stages of negotiations with certain parties seeking exclusivity to the distribution of our Geothermal and Water Source heat pumps for the Country of Canada, and we look forward to providing specific guidance in the coming weeks once the working relationship is formalized.

In addition to the successful growth of production and distribution of our products, we wish to announce that EIC is also in the process of preparing to submit patent documentation pertaining to particular innovative and unique proprietary technology developments that relate directly to our line of Geothermal and Water Source heat pumps. Patent filings are expected in the near-term and we will provide further appropriate guidance to the public at that time.
