Eco-Tek Group Inc.(OTCBB:ETEK) is pleased to announce that an agreement has been finalized appointing Cloverly Auto Business Centre of Silver Springs, Maryland as the exclusive distributor of Eco-Tek lubricants, liquid products and filtration systems for the state of Maryland.

Currently engaged in the operation of a service centre, truck repair and rentals, a U-Haul dealership and related automotive activities, the new affiliation with Eco-Tek Group presents new and exciting opportunities.

With an extensive background in mechanical engineering and business management, Mr. Peter Fosah, the CEO and general manager of Cloverly Auto Business Centre is well qualified and positioned to establish Eco-Tek products as the premier brand of green lubricants and oil purification filtration systems throughout the state.
