EARTH SCIENCE TECH, INC. (the “Registrant”) was unable, without unreasonable effort or expense, to file its Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q for the period ended December 31, 2021 (the “Quarterly Report”) by the February 14, 2022 filing date applicable to smaller reporting companies due to a delay from review approval from both the registrant accounting firm and the receiver for the period ended December 31, 2021. The Registrant anticipates that it will file the Quarterly Report no later than the fifth calendar day following the prescribed filing date.
