Expo Holdings, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: EXPH) to retire approximately 2.5
million shares.
As of 10-29-2009 the company has acquired approximately 2.5
million shares and has issued instruction to the company's transfer
agent to retire them. The company is prepared to continue
retirement of additional shares as conditions permit. It is
expected that in the next few days our transfer agent will receive
the certificate(s) and complete the retirement.
Expo Holdings operates in North Wilkesboro, NC. D&D Displays
is a wholly owned subsidiary of Expo Holdings, which specializes in
custom cabinetry and high end store fixtures for retail vendors
such as Newell-Rubbermaid, Inc., Bosch Tool Corporation, Kronotex,
USA, and Lowe's Companies. D&D Displays has been in operation
since 2000 and joined Expo Holdings in 2006.
