Garb Oil & Power Corporation Announces Retaining New SEC Attorney to Assist the Company in Providing Current Information to OTC Markets

LARGO, FL--(Marketwired - Feb 10, 2014) - Garb Oil & Power Corporation (OTC Pink: GARB) announces it has retained Laura Anthony and Legal & Compliance, LLC located in West Palm Beach, Florida as the company's new SEC law firm to assist the company to become OTC Markets, Pink Current and complete the resolution of other corporate matters the new management inherited when they took over the company last September.
