GainClients, Inc. Signs Service Agreement with Primary
Residential Mortgage, Inc. To Use its New SikkU Software

contract from Primary Residential Mortgage, Inc. (PRMI) to use its
new SikkU GCard service to grow the lender’s new purchase
transactions. PRMI, a national, independent, full-service,
residential mortgage banker, will begin using the SikkU service in
the Seattle, Washington area to help the mortgage lender and its
real estate partners promote its Homeowner Initiative Program.
According to Jack Bentler, CMPS, CLA, PRMI’s Seattle branch
manager, the use of this software, along with its new Homeowner
Initiative Program, will drive new business by helping PRMI create
connections with consumers and other real estate professionals via
the service’s web and mobile technology.
