Iberdrola CEO Asks for Change in Siemens Gamesa Top Roles -Expansion

--Iberdrola Chief Executive Ignacio Galan has asked his Siemens
counterpart, Joe Kaeser, to make changes to Siemens Gamesa's
management, which it sees as being too closely linked to the German
company, reports Expansion, citing unnamed sources.
--Mr. Galan wants an independent manager to head Siemens
Gamesa--the current CEO comes from Siemens, Expansion says. He also
wants the current chairwoman, who is CEO of Siemens Spain, to be
replaced by someone independent.
--The two executives held a meeting on Thursday to ease tensions
between the two companies over differences concerning the
wind-turbine maker. Siemens is the majority shareholder with a 59%
stake, while Iberdrola holds 8%.
