Siemens Gamesa Renewable Energy SA (SGRE.MC) said Tuesday that it signed a framework agreement to supply turbines to Enbridge Inc.'s (ENB.T) Eolien Maritime France for two offshore wind projects with a total capacity of nearly 1 gigawatt.

The contract, which would also include 15 years of maintenance, is still subject to revision, and no final investment decision has been made yet, the company said.

Siemens Gamesa is planning to build a factory in the French port of Le Havre, which would produce the turbines used in the project.
