Goldbelt mining permit update

TORONTO, Nov. 29 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Goldbelt Resources Ltd.
(TSXV: GLD) The company would like to amend the release sent
November 27, 2006 in order to clarify that Goldbelt's annual
production will average 106,500oz per year for the first five
years. Goldbelt Resources Ltd. is pleased to announce that in its
application for a Mining Exploitation Permit, the Company has been
advised that the National Commission for Mines has given a positive
notice in its review of the project. The application has
successfully progressed to the final stage in the approval process.
Goldbelt released a Prefeasibility Study for the Inata project on
November 1, 2006, which outlined an average production rate of
106,500oz per year for the first five years. The Company believes
there is excellent potential to expand the annual production rate
as well as the mine life for this project. It is anticipated that
results from Goldbelt's ongoing 2006 exploration program will give
rise to an updated resource statement, which will be part of the
Final Feasibility study expected in 2007. Collin Ellison, President
