Item 7.01       Regulation FD Disclosure.*

 

On February 2, 2016, Guaranty Bancorp (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that its Board of Directors declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.115 per common share payable on February 19, 2016 to stockholders of record as of the close of business on February 12, 2016.  This dividend represents a 15% increase over the previous dividend of $0.10 per common share. A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 hereto and incorporated herein by reference.

Guaranty Bancorp Announces  15% Increase in Quarterly Cash Dividend

 

DENVER, February 2, 2016  – Guaranty Bancorp (Nasdaq: GBNK), a community bank holding company based in Colorado, today announced that its Board of Directors has declared a  quarterly cash dividend of $0.115 per common share. This dividend represents a 15% increase over the previous dividend of $0.10 per common share. The dividend is payable on February 19, 2016 to stockholders of record as of the close of business on February 12, 2016.
