(OTCBB: HBRM), a developer and marketer of novel botanical therapeutics�, announced today that it signed Letters of Intent with Elite Private LTD, a UK-based British-Indian distributor, and YCBL Service and Trading Company Ltd., a division of MANUFAKTURACO.,LTD, a Hungarian health care products distributor, to distribute AcnEase� (www.acnease.com), its all natural product for treating the symptoms of acne and rosacea, in India and Hungary. �We are truly excited about these international opportunities. Acne is a global problem and the marketing prospects for AcnEase� in the global marketplace are extremely attractive. The market in India for herbal based medicines is very large and is already very �botanicals friendly�, allowing distribution by doctors and medical institutions� said Dr. Agnes Olszewski, Herborium�s president and CEO. �AcnEase� is presently sold in the UK and other European countries based on initial clinical testing already performed in China.
