American Premium Water Corp. (HIPH) Announces Additional Financing at $0.40 per Share Valuation  

 The additional round of non-dilutive financing comes in advance of the Company's FY 2019 Guidance of $1million.   

PLAYA VISTA, California -- April 22, 2019 -- InvestorsHub NewsWire -- American Premium Water Corporation (OTC: HIPH) announces that it has entered into an additional financing agreement with an institutional investor at the same $0.40 valuation the Company received in January. Similar to the previous agreement, a substantial portion of the Company's convertible debt will be retired. The retirement will be reflected in the Company's 2nd quarter 2019 financials. Per terms of the agreement, the investor shall remain anonymous.
