(PINKSHEETS: HYPF) is pleased to announce that at a recent meeting of the Board of Directors and Management that they have concluded that it is in the best interests of the Company and its shareholders for HyPower to uplist to a higher exchange, most likely to the OTCBB and eventually to a more liquid exchange such as the Amex.
