The largest private sector concessionaire operating a public
utility service for the transmission of energy in Brazil, CTEEP - Companhia de Transmissao de

transportation of 30% of all electricity produced in the country,

system, a network made up of 12,993 km of transmission lines,
18,782.41 km of circuits, 2,488 km of optic fiber cables and 106
substations with tension up to 550 kV, representing a total
installed capacity of 45,131 MVA. This network interlinks
connection points of the generator companies and other transmission
companies, feeding into the distributors' network which carries
electricity to the final consumer.

state of Sao Paulo and 60 thousand
