James Monroe Capital Corporation Acquires British Columbia Corporation in All-Stock Deal

James Monroe Capital Corporation, a Delaware corporation
(OTCBB:JMON), is pleased to announce that it has acquired all
issued and outstanding shares of Microline Veneer and Forest
Products Corp., a British Columbia corporation, in exchange for
12,499,866 shares of JMON’s Preferred Class, Series B stock.
In the all-stock transaction, Microline becomes a wholly-owned
subsidiary of JMON.

to expand our business opportunities both geographically as well as
