R$ 2.5 billion in 2014 in Logistics
(does not include Movida) and addition of 14,634 cars (+320%) in
Movida (comparisons with December
2013) in 2014, as shown below:
- Continued growth, supported by the broadest portfolio of
logistics services in the country;
- Terms of up to 10 years;
- 74% negotiated with existing clients (cross selling);
- 85% in Dedicated Services and 14% in Management and
Outsourcing;
- Capex of R$ 473 million.

Additionally, Company, released its guidance for 2015, of gross
revenue from services, EBITDA1 and capex, as detailed
below:
- Gross revenue from services (Logistics + Movida) between
R$ 4.710 billion and R$ 4.880 billion
(Growth between 13% and 17%);
- EBITDA¹ between R$ 970 million and R$
1.1 billion;
- Gross capex between R$ 1.3 billion and
R$ 1.7 billion;
- Sale of assets between R$ 500 million
and R$ 700 million;
- Net capex between R$ 600 million and R$
1.2 billion.
