Item 5.03 Amendments to Articles of Incorporation or Bylaws; Change in Fiscal Year.

 

On March 1, 2014, Comjoyful International Company (the “Registrant”) determined to change its fiscal year end from April 30 to December 31. The change of the fiscal year end was approved by the Registrant’s Board of Directors on March 1, 2014. The Registrant will file Form 10-K covering the transition period from May 1, 2013 to December 31, 2013.
