Logicquest Technology, Inc. (the “Company”) is filing this Notification of Late Filing on Form 12b-25 with respect to its Form 10-Q as of and for the three months ended March 31, 2023 (the “Form 10-Q”). The Company has determined that it is unable to file its Form 10-Q within the prescribed time period without unreasonable effort or expense, and that additional time is needed for the Company’s independent registered public accounting firm to complete its review of the unaudited financial statements included in the Form 10-Q and for the Company to provide additional information to its accountants and auditors in order to produce a complete, accurate annual report. The Company intends on filing its Form 10-Q for the period ending March 31, 2023, on or before May 22, 2023, which is the next business day after the fifth-calendar day extension period provided by Rule 12b-25.
