Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.

On August 16, 2022, the Company issued a press release announcing that the Company had received approval from the Nye County Commission to grow marijuana on 21 acres of the Company’s Amargosa Farm. The press release is filed as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report.
