Motivating the Masses, Inc. (the “Registrant”), was unable, without unreasonable effort or expense, to file its Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q for the calendar quarter ended June 30, 2015 (the “Quarterly Report”) by the August 14, 2015 filing date applicable to smaller reporting companies due to a delay experienced by the Registrant as a result of an issue with its Quickbooks bookkeeping system. The Quickbooks issue has been resolved and the Registrant anticipates that it will file the Quarterly Report no later than the fifth calendar day following the prescribed filing date.
