The meetings are to take place over two days during which time according to the delegation orders for VScan test kits worth up to approximately $4.8 million US dollars are to be negotiated. The purpose of the meetings is to discuss terms of payment (Letters of Credit), production schedules, deliver times and delivery locations. The kits must be delivered over an 18 month period starting in November 2006. The test kits being ordered are VScan HIV, Tuberculosis (TB), and Hepatitis C.
