1404 GMT - Renault is among the most mentioned companies across news items over the past 12 hours, according to Factiva data, after the French car maker unveiled the restructuring of their two-decade old alliance with Nissan Motor. The long-planned shake-up includes a reduction of Renault's stake in its Japanese partner from 43% to 15%, to match the stake Nissan holds in Renault. The deals include an investment by Nissan in Renault's electric-vehicle and software business Ampere, which the French auto maker is seeking to take public this year. The companies also said they are considering joint projects in Latin America, India and Europe.
