The Solutions Business segment manufactures and sells polymers for concrete admixtures, glycol ether, secondary alcohol ethoxylates, water soluble polymers, intermediates for pharmaceuticals, electronic information materials, iodine compounds, resins for adhesives/paints, ethyleneimine derivatives, processed adhesive products, and automotive catalysts, as well as De-NOx catalysts, dioxins decomposition catalysts, equipment for waste gas treatment, wet air oxidation catalysts, and materials for batteries. It also provides acrylic esters, maleimides, cyclic amides, initiators; water-based, solvent based and soluble polymers; inorganic and organic composite fine particles; and liquefied gas and fuel cell materials.
