Bravo Enterprises Ltd.(OTCBB:OGNG) announces that the Company has signed a marketing and sales agreement with Splash Water Solutions Canada Ltd. (Splash Canada), a privately owned Company based in British Columbia, Canada. Aldo Trinetti, President of Splash Canada is also the President of Landrock Excavating Co. Ltd., which has been in business in Canada since the 1960's. Mr.Trinetti feels that there are numerous applications in the building and construction industry for the Air to Water units around the world.

The agreement calls for Splash Canada to set up at least one showroom store to market Bravo's Atmospheric Water Harvesting Machines, the AIRMAX 3000 and the AIRWELL 3000. The showroom will also feature custom branded stainless steel re-usable drinking water bottles for sale as is or filled with water harvested from the water generated machines. The showroom must be in accordance with the Bravo Water Store concept of providing an outlet to sell its atmospheric machines and accessories.

The agreement also involves the exclusive Canadian marketing rights for the machines. The AIRMAX 3000 is a home and office unit which can produce up to 8 gallons of drinking water per day, while the AIRWELL 3000 is an industrial commercial unit that can produce up to 3,000 gallons of drinking water per day. Under the terms of the agreement, Splash Canada must meet minimum purchase order requirements from Bravo of the AIRMAX 3000 and AIRWELL 3000 and branded accessories in order to maintain its exclusive marketing rights for Canada annually and non-exclusive rights for the rest of the world.

The Company is also in talks to set up a showroom store with strategic partners in the United States and the Middle East.
